stuffed kadai bhindi

simple n mouth watering vegetarian dish.......yummmy!!!!!

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 25 nos.bhindi of medium size.
    • 4 onions chopped.
    • 1 tsp coriander powder.
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
    • 1/4 tsp amchoor
    • 3-4 green chillies.
    • salt to taste.
    • 4 tsp mustard oil.
    • coriander leaves for garnishing.

    Directions

    1. Wash,wipe and remove the tips of bhindi.
    2. Cut the bhindi into 2 pieces each and make vertical incisions in each piece.
    3. In a pan heat 2 tsp oil and add jeera and let it crackle.
    4. Now add chopped onions. 5. When onions turn golden brown then add all dry masala.
    5. As above masala gets cooled then fill this in incision of bhindi.
    6. In an another pan pour 2 tsp oil and fry these bhindi until crisp
    7. Add remaining onion masala and continue frying for one more minute.
    8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
