Hot and Spicy Mutton

a variation of mutton fry

Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings


    • 1 cup Mutton pieces(boneless)
    • 2 Tablespoon Oil
    • 2 tbsps Curd
    • 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilly powder
    • 1 tbsp of red paprika
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1Tejpatta
    • 2 small cardamoms,
    • 2 whole dry red chilly
    • 3 pods of finely chopped garlic
    • 1 finely sliced onion
    • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
    • Some chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
    • Salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Marinate the Mutton pieces with salt, kashmiri red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste and curd.
    2. Keep it aside in the fridge for sometime.
    3. In pressure cooker heat oil add tejpatta, small cardamom, dry red chilly, chopped garlic and sliced onion and fry well till light brown.
    4. Add marinated mutton, fry well.
    5. Add coriander powder, red paprika and water.
    6. Cook well in pressure cooker.
    7. Once mutton is cooked, dry the gravy.
    8. Garnish with chopped coriander.
