A perfect tea for a chilly morning or a rainy day
Ingredients
vegetarian
20 servings
100 grams dry ginger pwd (saunth)
50 grams black pepper Less if you don t like it hot
50 grams cinnamon
25 grams cardamom
1/2 tsp nutmeg pwd
Directions
Grind them all together.
There is no need to remove skin of cardamom
For a cup of tea, take 50/50 water and milk, add 1tsp sugar and a pinch of masala, boil and add tea leaves
