Banana with coconut

nice side dish for navratra fast.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 4 raw bananas(boiled$peeled)
    • 1/2 tsp jeera
    • 1tsp green chilli(chopped) u can use acc to your taste.
    • 3 tbsp grated coconut
    • 1tsp lime juice
    • 1/2 tsp sugar
    • a pinch of hing
    • 1 tbsp desi ghee
    • salt to taste(salt which is used during fast)
    • coriander (chopped)

    Directions

    1. cut boiled bananas into small pieces.
    2. heat oil in kadhai.
    3. put all the masalas in the ghee except coconut.
    4. put bananas  lime juice and coconut in the kadhai.
    5. fry for 10 minutes on low flame.
    6. garnish with coriander leaves.
