mint bread

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 7 slices of bread
    • 1 onion finely chopped
    • 1 tomato finely chopped
    • 1 cup pudina (mint leaf )
    • half cup coriander leaves
    • small piece of ginger
    • 3 cloves of garlic
    • 7 green chilli
    • oil
    • salt

    Directions

    1. wash pudina and coriander and make a paste in the mixy along with green chilli,ginger and garlic.
    2. cut bread roughly to small size
    3. heat oil in kadai add chopped onion fry few sec now add the pudina paste fry till the raw smell goes add tomato and salt and let the tomato become soft now add the bread pieces and toss well that the bread gets coted well with the paste.
    4. serve hot
