prepare semi thick batter as we do for pakodas dissolving besan into water adding haldi, salt, chilli powder, pinch of ajwain , garam masala n soda keep aside for half an hour
now grind dhaniya, pudina lemon juice n salt in a mixture making soft puree/chutney
take 2 bread slices cut the edges on one part apply green chutney prepared frm dhaniya n pudina on other part apply ketchup n put cheese slice on it now keep the first slice upside down on the other.
dip in the besan batter finely cover the whole bread.do the same for rest of the slices.
deep fry in oil till golden.
take out on paper napkin n cut it in shape making four small triangles.
serve with ketchup,green chutney, or imli chutney.
