Mint Fried Rice

Fried Rice with a touch of fresh Mint

Just Delicious!!!

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 cup cooked Basmati Rice
    • 1/2 cup boiled Mixed Vegetables (Carrot, Beans & Corn nibbles)
    • 1/2 cup Onion slices
    • 10-12 Mint leaves (Hand torn)
    • 1 tbsp Mint paste
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tsp White pepper powder
    • 1/2 tsp Sugar
    • a pinch of Ajjinomoto (optional)
    • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
    • Spring Onions for garnishing


    1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add Onion & fry till it turns light pink.
    2. Add boiled Vegetables & Mint paste. Fry for a minute.
    3. Add pre-cooked Rice, Sugar, Salt, Ajjinomoto & White Pepper powder. Mix well.
    4. Add Mint leaves & Spring Onion. Mix well & serve with your choice of raitha.
