I am a total chicki lover and when i gained extra weight, i tried cooking chicken this way and it turned out wonderful, tastes great with sambhar, rasam and chappathis
Ingredients
non vegetarian 2 servings
250 g Chicken
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tbsp Tomato sauce
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1/2 Onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp Crushed pepper
Salt - to taste
1 -2 tbsp Oil
1 sprig Curry leaves
Directions
Boil the chicken with salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and turmeric powder till tender and dry.
Shred or slightly mash the chicken with a spoon.
Heat 2 teaspoons of oil and add the boiled chicken and roast on high flame for 1 minute.
Add crushed pepper powder and chopped curryleaves, tomato sauce and soya sauce and roast for another 2 minutes till the masalas get blended well with the chicken.
f you are using the onions, then fry them nicely and then add the chicken followed by all the masalas and sauces.
Serve hot with sambhar and rice or with chappathis
