Kadoo pakoda

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 small white pumpkin
    • besan
    • chilly powder
    • corriender leaves chopped
    • chat masala
    • oil for frying
    • salt to taste


    1. peel and grate pumpkin and squeeze out the pumpkin water, now add besan  as required to make a batter, add chilly powder, chopped corriender leaves, and salt to taste.
    2. heat up oil and deep fry this pakodas golden and crispy
    3. serve hot, sprinkle some chat masala
