1 small white pumpkin
besan
chilly powder
corriender leaves chopped
chat masala
oil for frying
salt to taste
Directions
peel and grate pumpkin and squeeze out the pumpkin water, now add besan as required to make a batter, add chilly powder, chopped corriender leaves, and salt to taste.
heat up oil and deep fry this pakodas golden and crispy
serve hot, sprinkle some chat masala
