this is a favourite of my children and mine too...and can be prepared easily during festive occasions.my mom used to make this so well.can be stored and consumed
Ingredients
vegetarian 10 servings
1 cup roasted sooji
1 cup sugar powder
6-7 cardamoms crushed
handful of raisins and cashew nuts
ghee for binding
Directions
heat 2 cups of ghee and keep aside.
mix sooji and sugar in a platter along with cardamom powder
roast the cashew and the raisns in the ghee and mix into the sooji mixture
take a laddle of ghee when warm and take handfuls of the sooji mix and bind together little by little making balls and holding tightly between the palm to make a round laddu.
