Nadru yakhani

i have taken this recipe from womens era magazine.I like this recipe.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1/2 kg kamal kakri
    • 1/2 kg curd
    • 1 bowl oil
    • a pinch of asafoedia
    • 6 cloves
    • 5 big elaichi
    • 4 small elaichi
    • 4 tsp aniseed (sauf)
    • 1 tsp dry ginger powder
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 2 bay leaves
    • 1/2 tsp dalchinni powder
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    1. cut nadru into pieces and cook for 10 mins.
    2. mix all the masales, cook for 15 mins.
    3. now mix beaten curd .after few minutes mix hot oil.
    4. cook it until gray gets thicken. u can use oil according your taste.
