Chicken White Korma

Easy to cook and delicious to eat.
1 kg chicken pieces
1/2 k.g yogurt
1/2 cup almond paste
1/2 cup cream
1 tsp garam malasa powder
1 pinch of nutmeg powder
1 tbsp white pepper powder
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 sticks of cinnamon
3 black cardamoms
8 green cardamoms
1 large size onion paste or 2 small size
5 tbsp oil or ghee
salt to taste
2 tbsp green chillies paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add cloves,cinnamon,blk and green cardamoms cook till they sizzle.
Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes or till it changes color.
Now add ginger garlic and onion paste.Cook till oil separates,
Mix yogurt, white pepper, salt, garam masala powder, nutmeg and green chillies paste in a bowl.
Add this mixture to the chicken and a low flame cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add cream and almond paste to the pot and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
