Chicken White Korma

Easy to cook and delicious to eat.


  • 1 kg chicken pieces
  • 1/2 k.g yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond paste
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 tsp garam malasa powder
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg powder
  • 1 tbsp white pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 sticks of cinnamon
  • 3 black cardamoms
  • 8 green cardamoms
  • 6 cloves
  • 1 large size onion paste or 2 small size
  • 5 tbsp oil or ghee
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp green chillies paste.


  1. Heat oil in a pan, add cloves,cinnamon,blk and green cardamoms cook till they sizzle.
  2. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes or till it changes color.
  3. Now add ginger garlic and onion paste.Cook till oil separates,
  4. Mix yogurt, white pepper, salt, garam masala powder, nutmeg and green chillies paste in a bowl.
  5. Add this mixture to the chicken and a low flame cook for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Add cream and almond paste to the pot and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
