Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • 20 g dhania (roasted)
    • 20 g red chilli(whole)
    • 20 g jeera
    • 20 g amchur gm
    • 10 g black pepper
    • 5 g clove
    • 5 g tumeric powder
    • 5 g dry ginger powder
    • 5 g methi seeds
    • 5 g elaichi(big)
    • 5 g trifala powder
    • 5 g tejpatta
    • 5 g kala namak
    • salt (accordingly)

    Directions

    1. grind everything into a fine powder in order to make a masala. preserve in a airtight jar.

    There is very difficult to find triphala in pak..can we add something else inspite of it or can we remove it from recipe???
