delicious and filling

Very tasty and filling, can use leftover chicken also, very tasty

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 4 Bread slices
    • 3 tsp Green chutney
    • 1/2 cup Grated cheese
    • 2 tsp Butter
    • 100 g Mutton or chicken mince
    • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
    • 6 tsp Onions chopped
    • 2 tsp Garam masala
    • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
    • 6 drops Lemon juice
    • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder 
    • 2 tsp Tomato puree or ketchup
    • Salt - to taste
    • Oil - as required
    • 1/2 tsp Chillipowder
    • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

    Directions

    1. Fry finely chopped onions, ginger garlic till brown and add the mince and fry till dry.
    2. Add 2 more teaspoons of oil to the dry fry and add chilli powder, salt,  turmeric powder and cumin powder and fry well till the raw smell vanishes.
    3. Add the puree or ketchup and fry well.
    4. Squeeze lemon juice garam masala and pepper powder and mix well
    5. Cut away the crusts of the bread, spread butter on one side and the green chutney on the other bread.
    6. Spread the cooked dry mince on one bread, add grated cheese and cover with the other slice and toast on a tava or sandwich maker.
    7. You can add chat masala or amchur powder for extra tanginess.
    8. Serves as a teatime snack or as a filling meal for breakfast. serve hot with ketchup.
