Colorful Variation of Steamed Rice

Don't get bored eating the same boiled rice everyday. Put some variation into it.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

  • 2 cups Rice, steamed
  • 2 tbsps. Vegetable Oil
  • ½ cup Bell pepper, red, green and yellow, thin strips
  • 1 no. Tomato, chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic, paste
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan, put red, yellow, and green pepper.
  2. Saute for few seconds than add tomato, salt, pepper, garlic, cooked rice and 1/4 cup warm water.
  3. Cover and put the pan to moderate heat for 10 minutes.
