a yummy sauce that i tasted in a lebanese restaurant....makes you want more and more.this can be made one day before and served.tastes good with any meat dishes.
Ingredients
non vegetarian 1 servings
10 pods of garlic
2 egg whites
1/2 cup canola oil or sunflower oil
2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Directions
grate garlic and blend in a mixture with lemon juice.
add the salt and blend again adding oil little by little.
pour in the egg whites and whisk again.
now this will start getting frothy and creamy.keep blending till smooth and creamy
remove and serve as a spread with anything you like.
