Chicken Pakoras with ginger garlic sauce

A very tasty pakoras every one like it.
1 cup baisen (gramflour)
1 cup chicken pieces (boneless)
salt to taste
2 pinches meetha soda
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
FOR GINGER GARLIC SAUCE:
1 small piece ginger
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp red chilli flakes
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp chinese salt
Put gram flour, salt,sweet soda, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste in a bowl and mix well.
Add water to make a thick mixture.
Heat oil in a pot. Dip the chicken pieces cut into squares in gram flour mixture and fry them till they turn golden.
Take them out on paper towels and when the excess oil is absorbed, serve them hot with ginger garlic sauce.
For ginger garlic sauce, finely chopped ginger garlic.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add ginger garlic when it is slightly cooked, add ketchup, red chilli flakes,white pepper and chinese salt and cook for 2 minutes with low flame.
Serve with sauce and enjoy.
