Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

    kheema-1/2 pound onion-i onion tomato -2 medium(grind it) green chillies-3 curry leaves-1/2 cup red chilli powder-2tsp haldi-1/2tsp salt to taste tamrind paste-1/2 tsp oil-1/4 cup ginger garlic paste-1 Tsp water-3/4cup zeera methi powder-1/2tsp


    1. First heat the oil and add the curry leaves to it and then add the onion finely chopped, when it becomes light brown add the gingergarlic paste and sauter it for 5 minutes
    2. Add the khemma and salt and fry it for 10 minutes in medium flame then add the green chillies, red chilly powder, haldi and the tomato paste.
    3. Nicely cook till the raw smell goes, then add water and the tamrind paste to it.
    4. Then simmer the heat and add the zeeramethi powder to it and close the lid for about 10 minutes
    5. Garnish with coriander leaves and it is ready to serve
