Aloo bhaji

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 250 gm aloo boiled and cut int 4 pieces
    • 2 tsp jeera
    • 2 tsp green chilli chopped
    • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
    • 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 1/2 tsp of coriander powder
    • 1/2 tsp of sauf powder
    • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    • 3 tbsp of pure ghee( ghee is optional . u can use refined oil also.)
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Hot ghee in a kadhai. mix jeera,when jeera starts crackling add all the ingredients except lemon juice.fry for 10 minutes on low flame.
    2. Serve with puries , parathas,or u can make this bhaji as stuffing for samosas, sandwiches.
