Ingredients
vegetarian
2 servings
250 gm aloo boiled and cut int 4 pieces
2 tsp jeera
2 tsp green chilli chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp of coriander powder
1/2 tsp of sauf powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
3 tbsp of pure ghee( ghee is optional . u can use refined oil also.)
salt to taste
Directions
Hot ghee in a kadhai. mix jeera,when jeera starts crackling add all the ingredients except lemon juice.fry for 10 minutes on low flame.
Serve with puries , parathas,or u can make this bhaji as stuffing for samosas, sandwiches.
