Makke ke atte ki khachori

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 2 cups makke ka atta
    • 1 cup mixed vegetables(chopped carrot onion peas cauliflower raddish)
    • 1 tsp chopped green chilli
    • 2tsp chopped coriander leaves
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • salt to taste
    • oil for frying


    1. in a bowl mix every thing in a semi solid consistency with little water
    2. take some mixture in the palm and pat it with fingers
    3. deep fry these khachoris till golden brown
    4. serve them hot with dhaniya chutney .
