Grind all hot spices along dried ginger and funnel seeds and keep aside.
Heat a oil in a pan and fry onion till turn into golden brown then add chicken,ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric and red chilli powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now add grind spices and whipped yogurt and stir well for 2 minutes.
Now add water after a one boil cover it with lid till chicken is tender.
Add flour in a little water and mix it very well now put this mixture in nihari and stir it well with low flame.
Cover it with lid and cook till it turns in a thick gravy.
Garnish with fried onion,lemon,chopped green chillies and ginger strips.
