U & ur kids will love this cake any time. It's the quickest cake I make when I'm out of time. It's worth a try.
Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
1 1/2 self raising flour
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp coco powder
pinch of salt
1/4 c half broken walnuts
1 cup cold water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For sauce:
2 broken chocolate bars
4 tbsp milk
2 tbsp butter
* If your not a vegetarian you can add 1 egg & 1/2 c water to the batter.
Directions
In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in water, oil, vinegar and vanilla until well blended. Pour into an un-greased 8-in. square microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 6-8 minutes, turning the dish every 2 minutes.
Let it cool for 5 min.
For sauce: Combine all & micro for 3 min, bring out & whisk slightly with a fork.
Turn the cake up side down on a cake plate & pour the hot chocolate sauce on it.
