Whole Chicken cut into 10 to 12 pieces,
Garlic & Ginger paste 1 tea spoon ,
One teaspoon red chilli powder,
Salt 3/4 tea spoon or as you like
Water 1/2 cup
baking flour (which is used for cakes)
Oil for cooking
Put chicken, red chilli powder, salt, garlic and ginger and water in a cooking pan for 10 to 15 minutes in moderate heat.
After chicken is tender and cooked let aside to cool.
Now in a bowl make a paste. Put one cup water and 3 to 4 Table spoon of flour. 1/2 tea spoon chilli powder, salt to taste.
Heat Oil in a frying Pan. Dip cooked chicken in the paste then fry the chicken until its golden in color.... then enjoy with plain rice and yogurt sauce.
