Golden Fried Chicken

Very easy to make...

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    Whole Chicken cut into 10 to 12 pieces, Garlic & Ginger paste 1 tea spoon , One teaspoon red chilli powder, Salt 3/4 tea spoon or as you like Water 1/2 cup baking flour (which is used for cakes) Oil for cooking


    1. Put chicken, red chilli powder, salt, garlic and ginger and water in a cooking pan for 10 to 15 minutes in moderate heat.
    2. After chicken is tender and cooked let aside to cool.
    3. Now in a bowl make a paste. Put one cup water and 3 to 4 Table spoon of flour. 1/2 tea spoon chilli powder, salt to taste.
    4. Heat Oil in a frying Pan. Dip cooked chicken in the paste then fry the chicken until its golden in color.... then enjoy with plain rice and yogurt sauce.



    The recipe is really good and easy to make. It comes out very well. I would recommend it to everyone.
