ASAK Salma, Yes it is ment to be Desi but it is more or less like Kebabs with very lil gravy coating the meat so it does go very nicely with FF & ketchup but that also is only to make it look nice & it goes well with chutneys too so u can have it the way it pleases u.TC.Cheers.
salaam rabz, hmmm very nice recipe i m going to cook it on this sunday but it is very desi type of recipe so will it be ok with ketchup and french fries? Can we have it with tamarind chutney or min raita?
