Ginger-Jeera Drink

Drink made from Fresh Ginger & Cumin seeds

This healthy drink helps in cooling the body heat. Its also good for digestion.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 glass Water
    • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds (jeera)
    • 1 tsp grated Ginger
    • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
    • 2 tsp Honey


    1. Dry roast Cumin seeds & coarsely powder them.
    2. Boil Water in a pan. Add Cumin powder & Ginger. Boil for a min. Strain the water & allow to cool completely.
    3. Add Lemon juice & Honey to the cooled water. Serve.
