Ingredients
vegetarian 6 servings
For puries:
1 cup flour
a good pinch of baking powder.
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
1/2 cup water.
Yeast doughs for pizzas or breads:
3 cup flour
1 1/2 cup warm water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
Directions
For puries:
combine flour, b powder, salt together in a mixing bowl.
Add oil & mix, then pour water & make a soft & flexible dough.
Knead on a floured surface for 5 min & set aside to make samosas or puries.
For yeast dough:
In a food processor combine yeast, sugar, & process for a min.
Add oil & water & process
Shift flour, pb powder,salt together & add to the yeast mixture
Process for 5 min.
Bring out on a floured board & knead for 5 min.
Oil a deep bowl & put the dough in it. Allow it to rise for 1/2 hour.
