Hi Sneha, since u live in UAE Orange blossom water is called "maa zahar"( all Arabs know it) and u will find them in super stores along with rose water or Kewra or may be in "Pansaar"(where u get herbal stuff) shops. It has a stronger smell then the other 2. In it is diff to find just add rose water or kewra. Keep well. Cheers.

Forgot 2 add, after step 3 roll the breads like a Cigar & stick the sides with some water.
You can dust some sugar or sprinkle some crushed pistachio on the top if u like.
