I am a dosa lover & instead of having the same old traditional dosas with chutney on the side just make a twist & serve.Your family/friends will love it.
Ingredients
vegetarian 6 servings
8-10 dosas (depending on the fillings)
1/2 c potato bhaji
1/2 c shredded paneer.
1/2 c bhaji of pav bhaji
1/4 c coconut chutney.
1/4 c green chutney
1/4 c red chutney.
1/4 c imli ke chutney.
* Extra chutneys.
Directions
On a large plate put a layer of dosa top it with potato bhaji then a dosa.
Top this dosa with paneer, then again with dosa keep repeating the process untill u are done with all the dosas & toppings.
Garnish with reds & greens, cut in triangle pieces & serve with extra chutney on the side & enjoy.
