Baked Coconut Pudding

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    1 cup Milk 3 eggs 1/2 cup Coconut grounded 2 drops of essence (for flavor) 2 table spoon butter 1/2 cup sugar

    Directions

    1. Whisk egg, add sugar, milk essence butter and mix well
    2. Add ground coconut and mix well.
    3. Put in a pan and bake in a pre heated oven for 15-20 min or till the upper layer (top) is light brown.

    THE RECEPIE IS WONDERFUL BUT,AFTER THE PUDDING IS DONE THERE COMES A LOT OF WATER INTO IT IN SOME TIME,LIKE IN YOGURT.WHAT DO DO SO THAT IT REMAINS NON WATERY TILL IT REACHES ROOM TEMPERATURE AND THEN ALLOWED TO COOL IN THE FRIDGE? PLEASE SUGGEST.
