Khatta metha pumpkin

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 250 gm white pumpkin
    • 1 tsp jeera
    • 1 tsp methi dana
    • 1/2 tsp haldi powder
    • salt to taste
    • 1 tbsp sugar or according to u r taste
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp green chilli, chopped
    • 1 tbsp ghee

    Directions

    1. Chop pumpkin into cubes.
    2. heat ghee in a wok .add jeera and methidana.
    3. When they start crackle, add pumpkin, salt and haldi.
    4. add little water and let it cook
    5. when pumpkin gets tender, add sugar lemon juice and green chilli
    6. Cook till water evaporates serve with dal ki puri.
