Special & tasty chinese fried rice..

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 3 Eggs
    • 2 Spring Onions, Finely Chopped
    • 125gms Peeled & Cooked Prawns
    • 125gms Cooked Chicken, Diced
    • 50 g Canned Bamboo Shoots, Diced
    • 50 g Green Peas, Cooked
    • 500 g Cooked Basmati Rice
    • 3tablespoon Oil
    • 1tablespoon Soy Sauce
    • Salt To Taste


    1. Break the Eggs into a bowl and add 1tsp of chopped spring onions and pich of salt, beat it with a fork.
    2. Heat 1tablespoon oil in a wok or a frying pan and add the beaten egg mixture and stir it until the eggs are scrambled.
    3. Keep the scrambled eggs aside in a bowl.
    4. Heat the remaining oil in a wok or pan, add the prawns, chicken, bamboo shoots, peas and chopped spring onions, stir-fry it for 1min and stir in the soy sauce.
    5. Stir-fry for 3mins, then add the cooked rice, scrambled eggs and salt. Stir well and garnish with spring onions.
