Gnocchi is a type of Italian dumpling pasta. Last night I had pasta for dinner and I saw the cook make this dish in front of me so I though of sharing it with you all. It was really creamy and yummy.
ASAK sarah thanks for taking interest in my recipe. Gnocchi can be eaten wit any topping of ur taste Just plain olive oil, salt and pepper also tastes wonderful. As for veggies u can add what ever u wish but these r the best combination wit any pasta but then it is all up to the individual.Cheers.
the name sounds Trendy and chic.!! Rabz,, can we use some other veggies instead of (mushrooms, bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach) ??? and what do u think will be good instead of these mentioned veggies ?
Hi rabz tried your Gnocchi it was really nice and soft better then the shop one's. I did some changes instead of making it white sauce I put cream and pasta sauce , some crushed red chilli and some garlic and it was awesome. It think it is the fresh home made magic that always works best and your chana dal and paneer was also enjoyed by my dad. Thankxxxxxxxxx.

U can prepare the Gnocchi and freeze them for later use and the amount of things can be inc or dec depending on the individual's taste..
