500 g Chicken (boneless) (chopped in small squares)
8-10 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
2 Green chillie
2 Capsicum (squarely chopped)
1 Onion (squarely chopped)
4 tbsp Maida
4 tbsp Diced Tomato (ready made ones give good color)
1 tbsp Green chilli sauce
Red-color
Oil for frying
Salt & Pepper
Schezwan sauce (optional)
Chinese salad dressing (optional)
Directions
Put chicken with water to cover it in a microwave bowl.Add salt & pepper to taste. Microwave for 5mins. The chicken is nicely cooked & ready for frying.
Batter - Maida + 2 cloves of chopped garlic + 1 finely chopped chilly +red color + haldi+ salt. Mix well to give a rich orange color. Dip the chicken pieces & quick- fry till the coating cooks. The color turns to a yummy tandoori red.
Now in a pan add 3 tbsp oil ( the proportion of oil is very imp.) add chopped onion & garlic. fry for a couple of mins on high fame. then add the diced tomatoes & saute for a min. Lastly add capsicum.
Now to this add green chilli & schezwan sauce + a little quantity of Chinese dressing. Carefully add little salt as chicken has salt in it & so does the batter.
This sauce is done in less than 5mins.
Add the fried chicken & toss for 30secs till the sauce coats all the chicken....& u have a tasty chicken chilly ready!!
