Fat Free Boondi Raita

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2 cups of Fat Free Curd / Dahi / Yoghurt
    • 1 tsp of zeera / cumin powder
    • 1 tsp of black pepper powder
    • 1 tsp of dry mint leaves mixture
    • Salt to taste
    • ½ tsp of red chili powder
    • 1 cup of Masala boondi
    • ½ cup of Water

    Directions

    1. Combine well Masala Boondi, red chili, zeera, salt, black pepper powder in small bowl without breaking boondi.
    2. In a separate bowl add curd / dahi and water.
    3. Now add boodi mixture and mix it slowly
    4. Keep the raita above ice filled bowl and serve chilled with your main course.
    5. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
