This is for the young viewers who need a great source of energy / good health which they can prepare with out much effort and enjoy this delicious meal.
Ingredients
non vegetarian 4 servings
4 eggs
2 tbsp oil to poach each egg.
4 burger buns
4 slice cheese
1 medium onion cut into thin circles
4 pieces of washed lettuce
1 onion thinly sliced
4 tsp Mayo + 2 tsp chilli sauce
To accompany it:
2 can baked beans + 2 tbsp butter
4 potato French fries.
Directions
Poach the eggs each at a time until the yolk is half hard and sides crunchy.
In the left over oil fry the onion till just soft and slightly brown.
Cut the buns and toast them slightly in the grill.'
Spread some mayo and chilli sauce mix over one bottom side of the bun, top it with the lettuce, fried onion and tomato then poached egg and over that a slice of cheese and cover with the top side of the bun.
Heat baked beans with butter in micro for 1 1/2 min.
In individual plates put one burger, some French fries and 1/4 c of baked beans and serve hot.
