Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • 5 left over or fresh chapaties.
    • 2 onions chopped
    • 2 tbsp read chilly powder
    • 5 cloves of garlic
    • 1 tsp musterd seeds
    • 1 tsp comin seeds
    • salt to taste
    • Coriander leaves to garnish
    • 2tbs oil

    Directions

     

    • PUT CHAPATIES IN MIXY AND GROUND THEM COARSELY
    • ADD READ CHILLY POWDER SALT IN CHAPATI PIECES AND MIX IT WELL
    • HEAT OIL IN A PAN
    • AD MUSTER SEEDS AND CUMIN SEEDS AND ALLOW IT TO CRACKLE
    • THEN ADD CHOPPED ONION AND SAUTE IT TILL  GOLDEN BROWN
    • THEN ADD CHAPATI, CHILLI POWDER AND SALT MISTURE AND MIX WELL AND FRY TILL IT BECOMES CRISPY
    • GARNISH IT WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE HOT WITH TEA.
    • TIP: USE LEFT OVER CHAPATIES, IT BECOMES MORE CRISPY AND TASTEY
