Malai Bhindi

very tasty with chapaties

very easy to make & very tasty to eat, just try once u wll make it always.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 250 gms lady fingers (Okra/Bhindi)
    • 2 onions (paste)
    • one tomato (paste)
    • ½ cup fresh cream(malai)
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • ½ tsp turmeric powder
    • ½ tsp dhania powder
    • ½ tsp zira powder
    • ½ tsp muster seeds
    • 1 tsp kasuri methi (crushed)
    • ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
    • salt to taste
    • ½ cup oil
    • ¼  cup water

    Directions

    1. wash lady fingers & cut them diagonally in big pieces about 2 to 3 piece per bhindi
    2. add little oil in a pan or kadhai, after oil get hot put muster seeds & let it bust than add crushed kasuri methi
    3. add onion paste & salt & let it become golden brown
    4. add ginger garlic paste & cook for 1 minute
    5. add tomato paste, chili powder,turmeric powder, dhania,zeera powder & cream
    6. cook till the oil get separate. than add fried ladyfingers.
    7. add water & closed lead,cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
    8. serve hot with chapattis.
