Cheese omelette

it is yummy and by adding milk it tastes veryyyy nice

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

    • 3 eggs.
    • ½,cup cheese.(grated)
    • 50 gm capsicum.(chopped)
    • 50 gm cabbage.(chopped)
    • 50 gm mushroom.(chopped)
    • ¼ cup milk
    • salt to taste
    • oil for frying


    1. Heat oil in a pan.
    2. Break eggs in a bowl,add all the ingredients except cheese
    3. mix it till fluffy.
    4. When oil is heated,pour the egg in it.
    5. Flip it when light brown,spread cheese wait till it melts.
    6. Serve with bread or toast.
