Curd and pudina dip

u can use this dip with bajjis, pakoras, papads etc.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 cup curd (200 ml cup)
    • 10 to 12 pudina leaves
    • salt to taste
    • 1 small green chilli (optional)
    • 1 small onion(sambar onion)

    Directions

    1. Blend together all the ingredients thoroughly.
    2. Keep it in refrigerator for a while.
    3. Serve chilled curd and pudina dip with hot bajjis or pakores or even papads and enjoy!
