prawns schezwan rice

rice tossed with prawns & tasty schezwan sauce

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings


    • 2 cups boiled basmati rice.
    • 500 gm medium sized prawns.
    • 2 tbsp schezwan sauce.
    • 1 tbsp tomato sauce.
    • 1 tbsp chilli sauce.
    •  ½ tbsp soy sauce.
    • vegetables (like cabbage, capsicum & carrot.)
    • 2 tbsp oil.
    • salt to taste.

    Directions

    1. In a pressure cooker boil prawns with turmeric&salt till tendered.
    2. In a wok heat oil fry vegetables for 2 mins.
    3. Add prawns,schezwan sauce,tomato sauce and rice.
    4. Add soy sauce,chilli sauce and salt.
    5. Toss for 10-15 minutes,serve hot
