Pasta dessert

a new style of cooking the pasta as a sweet dessert which is delicious. you'll definitely like it.............

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 500 gm penne pasta.
    • 1 cup sugar syrup.
    • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut.
    • 5-6 cherries chopped.
    • 100gm crumbled mawa.
    • 2 boiled eggs, sliced.
    • 1/2 tsp elaichi powder.
    • 3-4 drops vanilla essence.

     

    Directions

    1. boil water and add pasta, cook till soft and drain it.
    2. wash in cold running water.
    3. in a pan pour sugar syrup, add coconut, when it gets soft add pasta.
    4. stir till pasta absorbs sugar syrup.
    5. add crumbled mawa and remaining ingredients.
    6. cook for more 5-6 minutes, and serve
