Capsicum Fry

Its very Yummy & Tasty, normally i make this when i have guest at my house & they too appreciated this Recipe

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 500 g Capsicum
    • 2 Onions (Optional) small
    • 50 g Ground Nuts (If red one is there its good) 50gm
    • Oil
    • Curry Leaves
    • 1/2 tsp Jeera
    • Hing Pinch
    • 1 tbsp Wet Coconut
    • Salt



    1. Cut Capsicum into Cubes & in the same shape & size cut Onions.
    2. Roast Ground Nuts without Oil in Pan & make rough powder of coconut & Ground nuts together in a mixture.
    3. Heat Oil in a sauce Pan, add hing & all seasonings & put onions & fry for 2-3 minutes.
    4. Then add Capsicum Pieces & fry them till they become Soft & cooked, then add salt & make sure that capsicum  is cooked.
    5. Before switching off stove add this Ground Nuts dry mixture & mix it properly & switch off stove & serve with Rice.
