This is a very easy recipe to fill your stomach at once..
Ingredients
non vegetarian 6 servings
6-7 big pototoes
1/2 kg kheema (minced meat)
2-3 tsp pepper
1 egg
salt to taste
1 medium onion
2-3 green chillies
1/2 tsp mirchi powder
1 tsp ginger & garlic (finely chopped)
Directions
First peel the potatoes, slice them fry them in hot oil untill they get tender.
Grind the potatoes to a coarse (smooth) dough and keep it a side to cool, then add black pepper & salt & mix it well.
Heat oil & add onions, fry onions until light brown then add ginger garlic & then mirchi powder, salt, chopped chillies followed by it fry them for 2 min.
Lastly add kheema & fry untill it is cooked. Make sure that the water in kheema should dry.
Now make round balls of potatoes & fill kheema in it & coat with egg white & shallow fry in 2-3 tbsp oil in a non stick cookware so that it shouldn't stick.
