Pineapple Pudding

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings


    • 1 Kg   Pineapple or 2 Tin of Pineapple
    • 3 Cup Fresh Milk
    • 5 Tbs Custard Powder
    • 2 egg,    
    • full cream 25 oz, 
    • 5 almonds,
    • 5 pictachio
    • Sugar to Taste

    Directions


    1. Grind pineapple in same paste with the same water and cook for 10-12 minutes on a low flame.
    2. In a bowl beat egg then mix  milk,custard powder and sugar for 1 to 2 min. 
    3. Pour this in pineapple and stir till it becomes thick. 
    4. Take it off the flame and let it cool then put the whip cream on it and decorate it with almonds and pistachio.
    5. Refrigerate it before serving.
