1 Tesp Each Red Chili, Turmeric, Zeera, Gram Masala & Dhaniya Powder
2 Tesp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tbsp Oil
½ Tesp Kala Namak (Black Salt)
Green Chili, Mint and Coriander to Taste (Green Masala)
Directions
First Boil Choolay (Chick Pea)
In a cooking Pot or Pan Put Oil, Choolay, Tomatoes, Ginger Garlic Paste and all Masala Powder and cook 10 - 15 minutes in low heat. or until all Masala done well.
Then Put Kala Namak, Imli Paste and Anar ka Rass (Pomegranate Juice) and mix it well.
