- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2cup buttermilk
- 1box instant banana cream pudding
- 1tsp soda
- 2cup flour
- 3mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
mix oil,sugar and eggs together
Add mashed bananas and instant pudding,mix well
add remaining ingredients mix well
pour batter into greased and floured pan and bake for 35min at 350 degree or until done
