Ingredients
non vegetarian
4 servings
- 2 onions chopped
- 3garlic cloves minced
- 1tbsp butter
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 3tomatoes chopped
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1egg york
- 2tbsp parmesan cheese
- 4-5cups mashed potatoes
- 3/4 cup grated cheese
Directions
- in a large frying pan,cook onions and garlic in butter and olive oil on medium heat for 5min
- tir in the tomatoes chickn,salt and pepper cook until chicken brown
- turn off heat and add egg yolk and parmesan cheese ,stiring to mix completely
- spread the meat in bottom of lightly oiled oven proof dish
- spread potatoes on top of this and finish by sprinkling grated cheese on top
- brown in 400deg oven for 15-20min
