Gadbad bhurji

a mixed bhurji which contains egg,keema,cabbage and tomato

one day I was making egg bhurji then I thought to variate it with some ingredients and it came out very well.absolutely yummy recipe...

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • ¼ kg minced meat
    • 3 chopped tomatoes
    • 4 beaten eggs
    • ¼ kg cabbage.(shredded)
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 3 chopped green chillies
    • 1½ tbsp oil.
    • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
    • ½ tbsp turmeric powder
    • 2 tbsp coriander powder
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    1. In a pan heat oil add onions and green chillies.saute till the onion is lightly brown.
    2. Add minced meat,red chilli,turmeric and coriander powder add ½cup of water and cook till halfly cooked.
    3. Add tomatoes,cabbage,egg and salt.cook till 10-15 minutes or till it is cooked.
    4. Serve hot with parathas and breads.
