Mango Lassi

Popular summer time yogurt drink

Lassi is a favorite north indian drink made out of yogurt, Mango flavor being the most popular one.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

  • 2 cups Yoghurt
  • 1 cup Mango, pureed
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Sugar to taste

Crushed Ice (as needed)

Directions

  1. Beat the yogurt with the milk until very smooth and the surface turns bubbly.
  2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and beat again.
  3. Serve chilled with crushed ice.
