Steamed Kachori

THIS IS VERY HEALTHY RECEIPE

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings



    FOR WRAPPER:
    • 1/2 CUP Wheat flour
    • 1 tbsp Low fat curd ,Salt to taste
    • Water as per requirement
     FOR STUFFING:
    • 1 cup Oats                                                            
    • salt
    • ½ cup Moong sprouts
    • 1tsp Green chilli paste
    • ½  cup corn kernels
    • ½ tsp.Black pepper powder
    • 1 cup mix boiled vegetables                         
    • ½.tsp. chat masala powder.
    • (Capsicum, Carrot, Cabbage, Spring onion)  
    • ½.tsp jeera powder
    • 1 tsp.lemon juice

    Directions

    FOR WRAPPER:
    1. Knead dough with Salt, Curd and water nor tight neither loose.
    2. Keep aside for 10 mins.
    3. Divide it in 6 portions and make purees from it.
    FOR STUFFING:
    1. In a heated non-stick pan add moong sprouts cook it for 1 min.
    2. Now add oats and boiled vegetables mix it all well.
    3. Now add Corn, Salt and green chilli paste.
    4. Turn off the gas and add pepper powder, chat masala and jeera powder, lemon juice.
    5. Mix all well and keep aside to cool for 10 mins.
    6. Divide it in 6 portions.
    Final procedure:
    1. Now take roll puree  and in the centre put stuffing .Cover it like kachori.
    2. Repeat this procedure with all puris and stuffing.Your Kachories are ready to cook.
    3. Now in a steamer steam this kachori on medium flame for 10 mins.
    4. Serve hot with Tomato chutney or Green chutney.
